The Success Fuel

A blackboard with the word success written across it

Do you know what is the fuel for success?

Let me tell you the answer (and see if you agree with it):

It is FEEDBACK.

When you take a closer look at a success trail, you'll often see simple 3 steps process:
  1. Know what you want
  2. Take action to get it
  3. Keep adjusting your approach until you finally get to it

It never is a straight line so along the way you'll have to make adjustment.

What to adjust?

How?

The answers will largely depend on one thing - the feedback you get from the action you take.

So:

When you feel stuck at something, notice that you are actually getting a feedback.

Perhaps it is saying:

"Hey look! This might not be the way to do this. Look for another way." Once you recognize it, things become easier to get back on track and finally get to the destination.

But the FUN is not in arriving; it's in the journey.

And one more thing:

While feedback is useful to get you move forward, you could not entirely depend on it to move into the future.

Keep this in mind:

You Cannot Move Forward Without Looking At The Rear Mirror But You Also Cannot Move Forward Just By Looking At It.

Find a balance and success is yours.
