Coffee and Butter: My Intermittent Fasting Secret Weapon

Lately, I've been diving headfirst into the world of intermittent fasting (IF), and let me tell you, it's been a game changer.

But you know what makes it even better?

Coffee.

And not just any coffee, mind you, but coffee with a twist: butter.
