To the Ones Who Claim to Speak for Us

A divided illustration showing a suited leader in a cracked superhero mask surrounded by missiles, while civilians hold protest signs saying "We Didn’t Ask For This" and "Not In Our Name," with a tilted scale of justice in the center.

A letter for the loudest voices, from the silent majority.

You say you’re standing up for the oppressed.

You say you’re doing this “for the good of humanity.”

You fly jets, drop missiles, and release statements as if you’re the world’s moral compass.

But let’s get one thing straight —

You don’t speak for us.

Not when your own Prime Minister has an ICJ arrest warrant hanging over his head.

Not when your cities still struggle with deep injustice, division, and inequality.

Not when your own people are crying out for dignity — and you look away.

Not when your humanitarian talk doesn’t even extend to your own backyard.

Physics Knows. So Should You.

Remember this?

“For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction.”

So don’t act surprised when escalation meets escalation.

When one airstrike births another.

When your grand show of “courage” invites real consequences.

You were free to act.

But don’t act like you’re not responsible for what follows.

The Hero Act Is Getting Old

You don’t get to bomb a country and then hold a press conference in a suit talking about “freedom.”

You don’t get to launch a war and then cry foul when the fire spreads.

You don’t get to ignore the pain in your own land while pretending to carry the burden of the world.

What’s worse — you’re doing all this as if it’s on behalf of the rest of us.

Newsflash:

We didn’t ask you to do this.

We didn’t choose you as our representative in this conflict.

We don’t need a hero.

We need humility. Accountability. Humanity.

So Let’s Ask Some Honest Questions

If your justification is to prevent nuclear weapons proliferation…

> Are you going to attack every country with nuclear capability now, just in case they “might” build one someday?

> And what about your own nuclear arsenal — who’s watching over that?

> What guarantee do we have that you won’t one day decide to turn yours into a weapon of dominance too?

See the irony?

You’re playing judge, jury, and enforcer — in a game where your own hands are far from clean.

🙏 To the People Caught in the Crossfire

You — the civilians. The students. The parents. The old folks.

You who didn’t choose this war, but now have to live with its consequences.

Please know this:

There are many of us around the world who see beyond the smoke.

Who know the difference between defense and provocation.

Who understand that real peace isn’t won by missiles or self-righteous speeches.

You deserve safety.

You deserve truth.

You deserve leaders who don't use your pain as their stage.

And to the So-Called World Stage…

This isn't a Marvel movie.

You’re not Iron Man.

And no — the world isn’t cheering you on.

We’re exhausted.

We’re skeptical.

We’re watching.

And we will remember who truly stood for peace — not with weapons, but with wisdom.

Not for the camera, but for the people.

With fierce clarity,

Just Another Human, Not Fooled by the Costume
