I am probably not in the Forbes list for Richest People on earth just yet, but I own an online business, I run it and right now, I feel a wind of change blowing this way.
Let me explain...
A few years ago, when I first got started, I felt like going online was the ultimate success.
I can let it run automatically and print me cash on demand.
That was what I was told and that was what nearly push me off the edge into financial disaster not long ago.
Why?
It is simply because that is not the whole truth.
Believe me when I say this:
The experts are not lying to you; they just don't tell you the whole truth!
And truth will set you free.
Right now, after doing this for some times now, and having the ability to distinguish between what's real and what's hoax, I want to share with you two very strong emerging trends that are making head-way into internet marketing and online business as a whole.

The First One Is 'Going LOCAL'.
YES, even internet business with its global appeal is finding its way into local business scene.
This is easily understood because, the truth of the matter is, internet is just a marketing channel.
On its own, it hardly print cash by mere existence.
It need the full criteria of a typical business to succeed; lead, offer, promotion, etc.
But of course, for the local business to profit, it needs to pass certain standard. I'll touch on that later, in another post.
The Second One Is 'Going Off-line'
If there is one important take away I want you to have, this is it.
To phrase it simply; business is going on the street, back to where it belongs.
This has been true to me and to some of my close colleagues who use to do business online.
To make real money and real profit, the street is where you'll find it.
Even if you are doing a lot of activities online, right now, you want to consider taking it off-line.
Find lead online but meet and sell to them off line.
Going local and off-line; these are probably the best tips I could offer you to get through this trying times.
So far, this has proven to be true for me.
And that's the truth.
