A Different Toyota Service Center In Semambu Kuantan?

engine
I was accompanying my wife for her car service appointment at the usual Toyota service center in Semambu, Kuantan.

It was an early morning appointment so we had to be there very early.

When we arrive, the security at the gate welcome us and point us the way to the reception area.

That was totally odd!

I am a Toyota user myself and a frequent attandee at this particular service center, and I had to admit, even with my current standard this treatment is really odd.

At the reception service door we were greeted by another staff, a bit senior and fit a description of a supervisor, and again, I was dumbfounded.

What has happened here?

And my thought was:

"Did anyone file in a report?"

Huh!

This center was filled with staffs who seem to be lost in their realm of unfinished task before.
In fact, whenever I reach the service reception counter, I had to search for the staff.

And that despite the fact that I had called in earlier for appointment!

Oh! One more thing...

It usually take at least 3 trials before I got to speak with a service staff and my wife made it with two yesterday.

She's just lucky. I give her that...

So:

There seem to be a POSITIVE change around here. If I was asked, personally, I think someone had filed an official complaint.

Well, perhaps, it was a norm among big companies or corporations that after reaching a certain sizes and operations capacities, the service is compromised.

What a delusional strategy!

But that seems to be the norm. And I can't predict how long this positive vibe will stay at this particular Toyota service center.

I guess I wouldn't know since I've found a new place to service my car right now.

Hey, what can I say?

Consumer rights...
